Antoine Leccia and his group met Yan Rongjie, the director of the Ningbo Free Trade Zone, Wang Tao, CEO of Ningbo Imported Commodity Center,  and Lv Xiyan, the vice general manager of Ningbo Free Trade Zone. They had a great in-depth conversation with the core team of Ningbo Arksky Supply Chain Management Co., LTD.

Pre-inventory, Sharing, And Importers Get Goods Easier

Located in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, Ningbo Arksky Supply Chain Management Co. is the wine service provider of ADVINI. In addition to import of some products of ADVINI, it also provides ADVINI with services like bonded storage. With the deepening of the cooperation, as well as the demand for pre-inventory, Ningbo Arksky Supply Chain Management Co. and ADVINI co-established the inventory sharing and brand sharing project, named “Imported Wine 3.0 Model”.

"ADVINI stores their inventory in Ningbo Free Trade Zone in advance, so that its importers could check inventory at any time via the database of Arksky, and clear customs, which shortens the logistic time for domestic importers and makes it easier for domestic importers to take goods. ADVINI could monitor their stock situation via this database as well, and ship their goods to China in advance according to the actual situation", said Ge Zhengbo, the general manager of Arksky. Avoid  Trade-Oridented Thinking And Let Importers Spend All Their Energy on The Market

ADVINI has a big layout in China. According to its president of China, Yan Haimin, in addition to pre-inventory, the model also provides credit support for dealers in all provinces, and the source of funding is Ningbo Commerce Bank. Based on this,  ADVINI will select 1 strategic partner in each provincial market, while Arksky will provide supply chain logistics, customs clearance, warehousing and settlement services.

“At present, many wineries that sell wines in China have problems like, trade-oriented thinking, rough management, and too many dealers. Chinese wine dealers who sell the same brand, compete with each other for the market, which blows wine dealers’ enthusiasm, and reduces the reputation of the brand in the industry in a short term,” Yan Haimin said, "through our services, the dealers no longer to spend much energy on import warehousing and are able to focus on their local markets. At the same time, they can get the credit support from wine producers if necessary. “

"Now, there are more than ten interested customers, and all located along the Yangtze River. ADVINI’s main products have arrived at the port and are clearing customs. " Mr. Ge said.

Establish A “Far East Warehouse” in China

According to WBO, Antoine Leccia and his team also inspected the storage conditions of Ningbo Free Trade Zone and had an insight into the relevant policies of the bonded inventory.

According to Mr. Ge, Ningbo Free Trade Zone may become the the Far East warehouse of ADVINI in the future, by which it could adjust its inventory in Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, ADVINI also has the idea of setting up a subsidiary company in Ningbo that is responsible for the transfer settlement.
